Halloween at Crafts Galore!!

This is my DT card for this month using the Bugaboo Scene It Halloween Peekers Digi.

I have used Copic Sketch and Ciao Markers to colour as follows, this may not be exact but this was the heap of pens that I had at the end of colouring!!

May Challenge at Crafts Galore Encore - Anything Goes

Apologies to my followers for my lack of posts. Unfortunately my dear father in law has been very ill and I have been helping care for him at home, he passed away a few weeks ago. As my last post was his birthday card I am dedicating this next card to him.

DT CALL at CGE DT!

We are looking for some new DT members join us at the start of January 2015. You will need to create one project per month (usually using digi stamps provided by sponsors) and to comment on challenge entries. You are also expected to enter challenges with your projects and promote the challenge where ever possible. You must have an active Blog.
We are a happy band of crafters living across the world, we don't "do", drama and we have lots of fun!

My card for this months challenge was a difficult card for me to make, it was for my dear father in law's 85th birthday, he is poorly and having a bit of a rough time. He is such a sweetheart and never complains. I hunted high and low for the right image for this one. He keeps Gouldian Finches so this card was well received and is in pride of place on the mantlepiece!!

Back again!!

This month over at Crafts Galore Encore we are celebrating Halloween with Trick or Sweet, so anything Halloween goes and we are sponsored by the fabulous Kenny K. Check out their website for a great selection of fantastic digis.

I had so much fun creating this card, for some unknown reason I really enjoy making Halloween cards. I am getting quite a collection now, I never send them to anyone just keep them, lol. I made this card whilst visiting my good friend Wendy from Stamps and Memories. I went over to spend the day with her with quite a clear idea in my mind of what I was going to make, which is most unlike me and came back home having made something completely different!! Anyway here is my masterpiece

Boy Zone!!

Where did the last month go? I was going to be so good and get more than one card posted but it somehow took me a month to make this one, lol. Anyway, this month at Crafts Galore Encore we are asking you to use your favourite colour. We are sponsored by the fabulous Kenny K who are offering 2 prizes of 2 digis, one person will be chosen at random and one will be selected. Check out the website here for the fabulous digis.

The image I have chosen is called Airborne and was such fun to colour. I have used my favourite colours for this time of year which are yellow and blue but I couldn't make a card without my favourite copic reds, lol, I hope you like it.

And another red card!!

I really must change my colour scheme, lol!! Now that I have got used to my red pens they are all I seem to use these days. Over at Crafts Galore Encore the new March challenge is to use a digi or stamped image on your project. So here is my DT card for our challenge at Crafts Galore Encore for March. I have just discovered the most amazing artist who sells her digi stamps on Etsy under the name of Aurora Wings. She is so talented, I just had to rise to the challenge as I love red poppies, I think it stems from spending over 30 years working along side our Armed Forces.

Love is in the Air!!

Woo hoo, today we have a new challenge over at Cards Galore Encore which is Bling it up!!
